Dr. Kayla is not only a dedicated healthcare professional but also a lifelong athlete with a deep appreciation for the outdoors. Growing up immersed in various sports, including cross country, basketball, track and field, and CrossFit, she developed a profound understanding of the demands athletes face and the importance of a well-aligned body.
With a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Masters in Sports Health Science from Life University, coupled with a Bachelors in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University, Dr. Kayla possesses a comprehensive educational background. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident through her certifications as an L2 CrossFit trainer and in certifications in CrossFit Weightlifting.
Dr. Kayla’s extensive experience includes working with competitive athletes from diverse backgrounds. She has been an integral part of athletic teams at Life University and Kennesaw State University, and Murphy High School, contributing her expertise to sports such as baseball, football, volleyball, basketball, rugby, swimming, and wrestling. This hands-on involvement has honed her ability to tailor chiropractic care to the specific needs of athletes, helping them achieve peak performance and recover from injuries.
